“Near me” is more than your home postcode
An assignment outside your home town can still be practical if you work, study, shop or travel there regularly. A short distance with poor transport can also be less practical than a longer familiar route.
A realistic working radius improves matching
Your working radius should reflect journeys you would genuinely make for a suitable assignment. A very large number may create more theoretical matches without creating better opportunities.
Regional density creates more useful matching potential
When active shoppers and recruiting needs overlap in a region, matching becomes more useful. A regional page or preregistration still does not mean a concrete assignment is currently available.
Regular routes can matter more than home location
If you regularly move through several areas, that can later be relevant to regional matching. The important question remains which journeys are practical and worthwhile for you.
